Introduction & Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern pkpk7's website, services, products, and all software on the platform. By using this platform, opening an account, or browsing the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by all of these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please leave the website immediately and stop using the services. pkpk7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are written in the Myanmar language. The Myanmar language version is the only legally binding version.
Minimum Age Requirement
pkpk7 services are available to users aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is not allowed to open an account, play, or carry out any financial transactions on this platform.
pkpk7 runs checks to prevent underage access. Any account opened with false information may be suspended and the balance in that account may be forfeited.
If there is a chance that someone under 21 may be accessing the platform, please notify pkpk7 customer support immediately.
Account Registration and Verification
Each person may only open one account on pkpk7. This prevents anyone from creating multiple accounts to cheat or abuse bonuses. The following requirements must be met—
- You must provide a valid name, date of birth, phone number or email address.
- Make sure all the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you.
- pkpk7 may request a national ID, passport, or other personal identification documents at any time.

Deposits and Withdrawals
pkpk7 supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer for deposits and withdrawals. The following limits apply to financial transactions—

4.1 — Deposits
All deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) only. Once a successful payment confirmation is received, your balance will be updated. pkpk7 does not accept third-party deposits or any form of anonymous funding — the payment method used must be registered in your own name.
4.2 — Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes after pkpk7 completes its review. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit, or a payment method that has been reviewed and approved by pkpk7. If you wish to withdraw funds received from a bonus, you must first meet the wagering requirement — this is explained in detail under § 5.
If a transaction is suspected of money laundering, pkpk7 may temporarily hold the withdrawal and conduct further investigation. In such cases, you must cooperate fully with pkpk7's review process.
Bonuses and Promotions
pkpk7's welcome bonus gives you a 100% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw funds from this bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.

Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Must wager 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks
Example 2
Deposit 620,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks (maximum) → Balance 920,000 Ks → Must wager 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks
5.2 — Bonus Restrictions
- The welcome bonus is available once per person only. pkpk7 may investigate any attempt to claim it more than once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn from the time of deposit until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
- pkpk7 reserves the right to change, cancel, or end any bonus promotion without prior notice.
- If pkpk7 believes a promotion is being abused, the bonus may be voided and any winnings earned from that bonus may also be forfeited.
Game Rules
The following general rules apply when playing all games on the pkpk7 platform—
- A result cannot be cancelled after a round is completed — once a game session ends, that result cannot be reversed.
- If your connection drops during play, the bet amount cannot be refunded — if the disconnection was caused by an issue on the game server side, pkpk7 will investigate and resolve it accordingly.
- Playing with the assistance of unauthorized software tools, bots, or support programs is strictly prohibited.
- Any disputes regarding a game result can be submitted via 24/7 Live Chat within 30 days.
6.1 — Football and Sports Betting
For football and sports betting, only the official results of registered competitions are used to determine payouts. If a competition is suspended, cancelled, or a ruling is changed, pkpk7 will decide in accordance with its rule book — that decision is final.
Prohibited Actions
When using the pkpk7 platform, users are not permitted to carry out the following actions—
- Exploiting bugs or glitches in game software
- Attempting to predict game results through any technical means
- Submitting false information to claim a bonus in violation of the agreed terms
- Conducting a series of financial transactions suspected of money laundering
- Data scraping, crawling, or sending automated queries to the pkpk7 website
- Threatening, abusing, or directing hateful language at pkpk7 staff
- Opening multiple accounts simultaneously to claim bonuses repeatedly
If any of these restrictions are found to have been violated, pkpk7 may close the account and freeze any funds held in it without prior notice, and may report the matter to the relevant legal authorities if necessary.
Account Closure and Suspension
pkpk7 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account for the following reasons—
- Deliberate violation of these terms and conditions
- Providing false personal information
- Suspicious financial activity
- Self-Exclusion requested by the user under the responsible gambling policy
- Any action that could damage pkpk7's business foundation
8.1 — Self-Exclusion
